The CHOC Regatta is not considered a Fleet 1 Race.  It is conducted at the same time as the BYC Sunkist Series Race #1 (which is considered a Harbor 20 Class Fleet 1 Race). Eligibility in the Fleet Race requires membership in the Harbor 20 Class Association. Participation in the CHOC Regatta does not require membership,  so all are encouraged to enter and participate since it is a fun event and for such a great cause.
